Thermal sensation of visitors could be important indicator for urban spaces based on physiological, psychological and behavioural conditions of the visitors. Therefore in this article thermal comfort of the visitors in open urban spaces was investigated. For such a purpose physical data and questionnaire study were used. In order to estimate the optimal conditions in the open urban areas there is need to perform prediction of the thermal comfort and thermal comfort in the areas. The prediction results could be used for optimal arrangement in the open urban areas based on thermal comfort of the visitors. Results of three methods were compares and analysed. The methods are based on artificial intelligence principle.en_US
